( About the Fulmo Talk Series )

Welcome to the About the Fulmo Talk Series page.

The Fulmo Talk Series 2025 and the Fulmo Talk Series 2026 are initiatives by the Esperanto and ConLang Society of South India (ESSh) in association with Fulmo Technologies, promoting a range of talks with the main highlighted talks being on mental wellness and happiness. We are planning to continue into 2027 and beyond.

Three Categories of Talks

[+]

Our mission is simple: to spread ideas, joy, and innovation β€” in multiple languages, including Esperanto. Technologies developed by Fulmo Technologies and our sister concern Qwykr Technologies have been brought to the attention of numerous researchers and academics, including even two Nobel Prize winners. We have categorized the Talks in the Fulmo Talk Series 2025 into the following three categories:

  • πŸŽ₯ Featured Talks β€“ These are our flagship talks, each presenting prominent ideas worth sharing with a global audience. Every talk is designed to inspire curiosity, whether in the field of happiness studies or in other areas.
  • 🌟 Other Talks of Interest  β€“ These sessions highlight remarkable perspectives that complement our main talks. They bring valuable insights and expand the conversation in exciting ways. One of the aims of these Talks is to demonstrate that Constructed Languages like Esperanto can be as expressive as natural languages like English and French.
  • 🌟 Other Interesting Talks  β€“ This category gathers unique and thought-provoking talks that inspire curiosity and learning. Expect unexpected connections, creative ideas, and moments of discovery. One of the aims of these Talks, as well, is to demonstrate that Constructed Languages like Esperanto can be as expressive as natural languages like English and French.

Although we have divided the Talk into various categories, think of each Talk as a gateway to a universe waiting to be explored. We may not have this exact same set of categories or the same theme in future talk series.

🌟 Other Talks of Interest

In addition to our main talks, we present other high-impact talks that bring fresh perspectives on various topics.

One of the aims of presenting these talks is to show that Constructed Languages, like Esperanto, can be as expressive as natural languages such as English, French and Hindi.

These talks may not be headliners, but they shine just as bright.

🎬 Other Interesting Talks

Here, we’ve curated a set of unique and thought-provoking talks that add depth to our exploration of various topics as part of the Fulmo Talk Series. True to our multilingual spirit, the names of all the talks are translated from Esperanto, including this category itself β€” β€œOther Interesting Talks” comes from the Esperanto phrase Aliaj Interesaj Prelegoj.

One of the aims of having these talks also as part of the Fulmo Talk Series is to show that Constructed Languages, like Esperanto, can be as expressive as natural languages such as English, French and Hindi.

Expect surprises β€” and maybe a few “aha!” moments.

πŸ’‘ Why Fulmo?

“Fulmo” means lightning in Esperanto β€” and that’s exactly what we aim for: a spark of inspiration, traveling across borders and minds. It is also name of our sponsoring organization, namely, Fulmo Technologies.

Our talks are translated into Esperanto to create resources in the world of constructed languages while promoting happiness and connection. We also have a project called InterParolu in the works to create chatbots for selected Talks so that you can chat with these chatbots and learn more about the specific themes or ideas covered in those Talks. We are developing Esperanto-oriented chatbots also for selected talks, allowing you to explore their themes and ideas interactively in Esperanto. You will be able to chat with the chatbot in multiple languages, including English, Hindi and Esperanto. Other technologies developed by Fulmo Technologies and our sister concern Qwykr Technologies have been brought to the attention of numerous researchers and academics, including even two Nobel Prize winners.

The Fulmo Talk Series was launched by Fulmo Technologies, originally a Games Hub with games and more available online, in association with the Esperanto and ConLang Society of South India. At Fulmo, we aim to open windows into new ideas, and provide gateways into new universes.
